Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside our store.
We provide a full refund if you got the wrong case.
If you didn't like the case we provide a full refund, but you have to return the case and we do not cover shipping costs.
You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (23 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
